Privacy policy

Utah County Concrete Lifting is a lead service for homeowners in Utah County, Utah. We connect people who need concrete lifting or leveling with a local concrete lifting professional. We are not a concrete contractor. This page says what happens to information you give us. We do not publish a street address.
What we collect
If you send the quote form, we collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- City and project type
- The description you write
- The page the request came from
Please do not send a Social Security number, a payment card, or other sensitive identifiers. We only need a way to reach you and a description of the slab. The form does not ask for a street address. You can share that when a pro calls.
If you call (385) 204-6581, the conversation is with whoever answers that line. We do not record calls on this website.
The host that serves this site may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party analytics on these pages.
How we use it
We use the form contents to respond to your quote request and to share them with a local concrete lifting professional who can price the work. That sharing is the reason the form exists. We do not sell the information as a general marketing list.
Submissions are emailed through FormSubmit. Their processing is described in their own privacy policy. If we later switch email providers, this page will be updated.
How long it is kept
Quote emails stay in the inbox that receives them long enough to follow up and for ordinary business records. FormSubmit says it keeps a submission archive for a limited time. We do not run a separate customer database on this site.
Children
This site is for homeowners, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
